For Outlook Desktop, open the email, click the File button at the top of your ribbon. For Outlook Online open the email, click the Clio Icon, then click "File" in the Clio group. Once you’ve installed the add-in, you can file emails or start a timer from within the email itself. If you are unsure which server you are on, you can check by viewing your Clio URL: By default, North American accounts are created on the North American server. 
Select the region that pertains to your Clio account, not the region you personally reside in.
